You can put together a simple Christmas Poem or Limerick.It just takes a few minutes to pick up the phone. This is also a great way to follow-up on a hand-written note or an electronic thank you. So, a phone call is a great way to make a personal connection. Phone Call – People seem to get into the habit of getting gifts for people they don’t talk to or see on a regular basis.This is a great way to show that you are thankful, it’s quick, inexpensive and there are a lot of creative options available. E-Card – Gets the point across, but doesn’t convey as much effort.It also shows care and effort and seems to be becoming less common these days, so that makes it more impactful. This is the most formal thank you method. Hand-Written Note – The most common method of saying thank you, at least after you’ve received a gift, is to send a hand-written note.This will keep you from getting burnt out and give you time to take care of other important tasks going on in your life. This will give you a specific number to write each day. You might also consider taking the number of thank you notes you want to send and divide by 7 days, or 5 days or 3 days. This will help keep you motivated and keep things moving forward. You’ll feel like you’re making progress sooner doing them one by one.
